Ignacio Martínez Serra

Ignacio Martinez-Serra focuses his practice in Corporate Law, foreign investments and in Fintech Law. He has vast experience in corporate counseling, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, due diligence processes, joint ventures, investment planning in Argentina and in Argentine companies investing abroad, corporate governance, dispute resolutions on corporate matters, shareholders' agreements, and in planning of Fintech projects.

Mr. Martinez-Serra holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master in Corporate Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the College of Law of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Before joining the firm he has worked as an associate at Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi and in Baker McKenzie (Buenos Aires Office).
